OÜ
Koduõendus is a small company
providing health care services;
the company was issued an
activity licence in May 2003. OÜ
Koduõendus has its own premises
in Kohtla-Järve since 2007;
before that, we operated in
leased facilities. We provide
home nursing and care services
for patients living in various
residential districts of the
Ida-Viru County. Operation in
the field of health care
presupposes compliance with
requirements established for
health care service providers,
which has served as the grounds
for application for activity
licence.
OÜ Koduõendus is an
appropriately co-ordinated
social association striving
towards achievement of common
objectives – good health of the
patients and meeting their
expectations regarding the
services provided. Our small
team is characterised by healthy
mental climate and organisation
culture, as well as friendly
occupational atmosphere.
As regards organisation culture,
we emphasize the activities
directed towards provision of
high-quality services, constant
self-improvement and personnel
training. We consider
maintaining good team work and
organisation’s values
self-evident, but also think
highly of work satisfaction and
self-assertion skills that help
us to cope with stress
associated with our emotionally
demanding work in our own
neighbourhood.
At OÜ Koduõendus we value our
patients as individuals and
strive towards improving of
their health and quality of
life. We consider interaction,
experience, professional skills,
education, client-centred
attitude and unbiased treatment
as our work-related values.
Information flow within the
organisation is one of the
preconditions to success, for
which purpose we have created
intraorganisational e-mail,
telephone network and home page.
The manager is expected to
display strategic skills and
support the team upon
achievement of the objectives
through the use of professional
decision-making, nursing-related
administration principles,
theories, and clinical
knowledge.
Achievement of quality
management-related results is an
important systematic activity
based on professional standard,
professionalism, and motivation
skills, for the achievement of
which skilful planning is
applied and the existing
resources utilised. However, the
success of home nursing services
and satisfaction of our patients
and those close to them also
depends on the personnel’s
motivation, readiness for
change, and development.
